Q: $__ seems cheap! Other resume writers charge up to $500 or more. What’s the catch?
A: No catch! Likely you’re going back to work because of a financial need or “It’s just time.” Regardless, I have been in your shoes; I like to work with moms; and this is my special Mom-Rate.  I also believe in the Pay it Forward concept.

Q: What’s the fine print? Does the $__ cover everything?
A: The $__ is the total cost of the resume including edits. You will receive your choice of a Word document, a PDF file, a plain text file for online posting, or all three file types if needed.

Q: Are cover letters included in the resume price?
A: Cover letters are $___.

Q: Wow, that’s a good deal. Can you revise my husband’s resume or create one for my daughter who is about to graduate from college next semester?
A: No, unfortunately right now I am choosing to work just with moms who are returning to work. This allows me time to devote to creating your masterpiece (a.k.a. resume) and frees up time for the writer (me!) to continue to do the things I like to do! A happy resume writer is an amazing resume writer.

Q: What happens after I purchase the resume?
A: After you purchase the resume, you will be sent a resume questionnaire to obtain basic information. I use a consultative approach, which means we’ll work together via email and/or phone to collect more information.

Q: Is all contact via email?
A: Mostly yes, that way we can communicate within different time zones and on individual schedules. I also speak with moms over the telephone to gather additional information.

Q: I didn’t see any sample resumes. Why is that?
A: Your talents and experience are unique. There shouldn’t be any existing sample that would fit into your individual situation. All resumes are custom crafted to the mom’s background and career objective, which will afford you to best opportunity to be granted an interview. I’m not done editing your resume until you are completely satisfied.

Q: I don’t have a PayPal account. Do I need one to pay for my resume?
A: No. You can securely process a credit card though Paypal without signing up for an account.

Q: Ok, I’m sold I’ve landed at the right place and want you to help me.  Now what?
A: Contact me to discuss your needs.  I’ll send you an invoice and then we can begin work on your resume.
